Reiki is an ancient healing system that uses the body's own inate knowledge to bring about deep healing.
Each session last's from 30 to 60 minutes and you will remain fully clothed throughout.
You could also add other therapies such as Massage therapy and Sound healing to create a fully bespoke healing session.
During your Reiki Healing I would use a very light touch, or no touch at all. If you experience a slight tingling during a session, this is totally normal.
You remain fully clothed throughout the Reiki healing session.
